Chia & Mango Bowl
MY DAILY MANGO BOWL
There is lots of added fibre in this bowl with flax, chia and mango - we all need more fibre for aiding digestion and helping our gut.
Ingredients:
1-2 tablespoon chia soaked in some water*
3-5 tablespoons yoghurt
1 large mango 🥠😋
2 teaspoons ground flax seeds
Generous sprinkle of cinnamon
Few walnuts or any nuts or seeds you like
Sprinkle of Classic Chai Spice
*Ideally soak chia in water for an hour or overnight, but I ended up soaking for 5 minutes here - still works but taste better when soaked longer
Method:
Prep the chia over night or for a few hours. Then mix in the flax, cinnamond, yoghurt and optional seeds/ nuts.
Top with mango (and a little CHAI spice if you like!) .
