MANGO MINT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE 🥭

This light and delicious drink is more of a juice than a smoothie.

Blend together:
1/4 mango, few chunks
1/4 bunch mint leaves, large handful, chopped
1 tablespoon yoghurt
Generous pinch of cinnamon (you can add Classic Chai spice here for more spice and sweetness!)

Optional:
1-2 tablespoons protein powder (I used @formnutrition)

A few ice cubes if you prefer it cold - In Ayurveda you’re not advised to have anything chilled, in order to help support digestion, but if you do prefer it ice cold you can! You could also used frozen mango instead.
