Our chai is stored ambient / room temperature in the resealable pack. You can also decant into an airtight container if you wish.

For the best, simplest, and most flavourful chai, we recommend 2.5-3 tsp chai powder per 8oz milk.

We ship in the UK only. Sadly, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
However, if you are based in New York, you can find our retail 150g classic chai packs at both Poetica cafes and Maggie’s.

Spices never really go out of date! However, the shelf life of our chai matches that of the coconut sugar. Our current batch BBE is October 2028.
