Our chai is stored ambient / room temperature in the resealable pack. You can also decant into an airtight container if you wish.

To make the best, simpliest and flavourful chai we recommend 1 tablespoon (10g).

We ship to the UK only. Sadly we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
However, if you are based in the New York you can find our retail 150g classic chai packs at both Poetica cafes and Maggie’s.

Spices never really go out of date! However the shelf life on our chai, matches that of the coconut sugar. Our current batch BBE is June 2027.
