Blueberry Kheer
If you love rice pudding - here’s a very nutritious and healthy version made with coconut milk and black rice. This is called Payasam in South India. In other parts of India, and growing up, we call it Kheer - made with white rice and spices like cardamom and saffron. Absolutely delicious!
But I loved this coconut milk rich and creamy version - with blueberries to make it purple and a little sweet but tart.
